Middle Fork Irrigation District is now offering payment options through Point & Pay that include online and over-the-phone (IVR) payments via credit card.  The provider charges a convenience fee of 3% for credit cards ($2.00 minimum fee) or a flat fee of $2.00 for e-checks.
